If you speak English you can apply as long as you are comfortable speaking your thoughts aloud. For some people this is very simple, others will get better with practice. You need to Microphone (built-in or separate) to record your thoughts as you go and if you’re based outside of the UK: you will need a PayPal account to receive payment.
